Many immigrants live at this hostel, which is very loud in the breakfast and meeting area, and customers are allowed behind the reception desk. A present that was left for me at the reception desk was stolen by a customer or employee. The shower rooms were with mold and not clean. For breakfast the milk in the coffee automat was often missing and a very reduced buffet. The spoon in the sugar pot was often dirty. Some of the employees were unfriendly and disrespectful.
This was a really nice hostel in Lisbon. It was clean and very comfortable to stay in (always smelled clean, too). My favorite part was how nice and accommodating the staff are, they have 24/7 reception service and each person I met who worked there was always very kind and happy to help. They also let you store luggage for free, which is a great plus. The beds in the 10-person room were much more comfortable than expected! I gave the location 4 stars because it is not in downtown Lisbon, so often we used Uber to get us around, which is affordable especially if you're in a group. Despite not being downtown, there are plenty of restaurants and mini-marts near the hostel. I definitely recommend this place if you are taking a trip to Lisbon, I would absolutely stay there again next time I visit.
The hostel looks really good, has a nice vibe and lots of social areas. The staff was Brazilian when I arrived, like in many other places in Portugal. The beds are crazy nosy and you wake everybody up.. every small movement you make and they have no light and privacy curtains, as you can see on the pictures of the rooms. Although the hostel is huge and was full of the usually young crowd, I was put in a room with two older guys. 😏
Very cosy and nice hostel. There are a lot of travellers and they have many areas to chill and connect. Breakfast was included, it’s very basic but I really liked the opportunity of grabbing a toast with jam and a coffee before heading out into the city.
I stayed in the 4p dorm which was roomy and nice. The top bed doesn’t have curtains which is a bit unfortunate cause the people on top beds can basically see each other.
Furthermore, the hostel is really cosy decorated and the location is very decent.
One thing I really didn’t like is the overly present cleaning scent. I couldn’t stay on the bathroom without gagging of the chlorine smell & automatic air refresher fragrance.
The showers are clean and all, but the looks of it are a 2/5.
Would recommend to go here
Great hostel overall, I really liked the vibe and style. The staff was really friendly and the activities for the day were exciting but I could not attend due to other plans. The location near Sheraton hotel is quite good too. The beds/rooms are quite decent for the price quoted. Finally, I appreciate the breakfast variety, which was amazing especially with all the vegetarian (lacto-ovo) options! :)

When we got to the Wot Hotels (first Patio, then Nomad) as guests of the DocLisboa Festival, we were giving a room without WC in the Patio hotel. As it didn't …
The hostel is conveniently located close to 3 metro stops (red line, blue line and yellow line).
We had a private ensuite. Room was very basic, but was clean.
We did not care for the common areas. Kitchen and tables were dirty/messy. It would be useful to have access to a spray bottle and some cloths for wiping down surfaces.
FYI, the check in time is strictly enforced. When we showed up after our overnight flight at 1:30 p.m., the guy just told us to wait in the common areas until it was checking time at 3 p.m.
Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. There were several significant issues that I encountered during my stay, which left me disappointed and frustrated. …
